After years in the high-intensity world of talent and venture-backed startups, I took a step back for a perspective-shifting sabbatical—TL;DR life-changing. Right now, through a boutique offering, Zoe Search — I’m leading multiple investor searches (GP & Partner-level) for early-stage venture firms in SF/NY. I’m also in collaboration with Alex @ Nucleus Talent for VC search work and partnering with Latent Health, with support of Sinclair Advisors, to build out the early eng team. Additionally, I coach leaders on showing up as their authentic selves in pursuit of landing the dream job, finding the perfect company/team/product, and negotiating the compensation package.

Outside of work, you’ll find me outdoors with my dog Kuma—backcountry skiing, running, mountain biking, and swimming. I’m fascinated by AI, women’s health, community-building, and I’ve been diving deep into how AI is reshaping how we live, work, and what it means to be human.

Fun facts: I’m an investor multiple funds: first time → institutional. Was the Brandeis Women’s Soccer Team Captain. I lived & studied in Amman, Jordan. Performed violin with an orchestra at Carnegie Hall. Cat mom to a blind cat, Boomie.
